Encompass Drafting & Design has been in operation since 2013 and the business has been growing at a prosperous rate since that time. We attribute much of the success of the business to our focus on offering clients a personable, transparent, value for money and flexible service.

The primary objective of Encompass is to provide affordable, detailed and accurate drawings and layouts for individuals, building companies, developers and small business within the Port Macquarie-Hastings Region.

DETAILED PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS

Encompass Design & Drafting services are able to provide a range of technical drawings for residential works including: single dwellings (new homes), multiple dwellings (units, townhouses), dual occupancy, and extensions, renovations, or alterations. We are also able to develop and design plans for commercial premises including fit-outs and change of use.

The service we offer includes consultation and guidance with clients (whether that be an individual, builder, or developer), from initial design concept, to plan development, and final preparation for lodgement of plans to council.

Encompass drafting will consult with council on you behalf and provide you with a detailed design and application proposal. We can also coordinate the approval process for you to achieve the quickest and easiest path to the approval of you project.

3D MODELLING

Wanting to be able to better visualise what your design might look like when it’s completed? At Encompass we are able to assist you to bring your plans to life by transforming them into 3D rendered illustrations. Depending on your budget we are able to offer both shaded and photo realistic renders. We are also able to offer 3D animations to organisations for larger projects depending on specific requirements and suitability.

SCHEMATIC & LAYOUT DRAWINGS

We are able to offer a general and schematic drawing service to those in the building trade, sub-contractors and/or organisations providing consultancy services for developmental works. Some of the general drafting services we are able to provide include: Fire & Safety layout drawings, schematic location drawings for equipment or commercial installation, and office design.

CONTRACT DRAFTING

Contract drafting services are also available upon request. We are able to provide a diverse range of services and products to other design professionals including: architects, engineers, surveyors, interior designers, and colour consultants. As well as the mid north coast we also service all other Local Government Areas across regional NSW and Metropolitan Sydney. Our staff at Encompass Drafting have extensive experience with many different Local Council development applications and approvals for many different project types. We possess a detailed working knowledge of a wide range of Development Control Plans and Local Environmental planning policies and are able to deliver the correct application path for any project in any location in NSW.
